Terms of Service (WHMCS Clients)

Welcome to Web Register Solutions! By registering and using your client account via our WHMCS portal, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our hosting, domain registration, web development, and digital services offered through https://clients.webregister.co.ke.

1. Account Registration

  • You must register a valid account through our WHMCS system using accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your client area login credentials.
  • Sharing of accounts is not permitted.

2. Service Orders & Activation

  • Orders placed via WHMCS are automatically provisioned upon successful payment, where applicable.
  • Some services (like domains and SSL certificates) may require additional verification or manual approval.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to make the purchase on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Billing & Payments

  • Invoices are generated automatically and sent to the email associated with your account.
  • All payments must be made via approved payment methods listed in your WHMCS client area (e.g., M-Pesa, PayPal, Bank Transfer).
  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination after 3 to 7 days of the due date.

4. Renewals & Expirations

  • Services (including domains and hosting) renew automatically if auto-renew is enabled in your client area.
  • You are responsible for ensuring payment methods are updated and renewals are completed on time.
  • We are not responsible for loss of data or domains due to non-renewal.

5. Cancellations

  • You may cancel any service through the WHMCS client area at any time.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
  • No refunds are issued for remaining days after cancellation unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

6. Email & Communication

  • All communication including invoices, service notices, support tickets, and security alerts are sent to your registered email address.
  • You are responsible for keeping your contact details current.

7. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

By using our services, you agree NOT to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages.
  • Host or distribute malware, adult content, or pirated software.
  • Engage in abusive, illegal, or harmful activity that affects server performance or violates applicable law.

8. Support Policy

  • Support is available via the ticket system in your WHMCS client area.
  • Technical support covers hosting, domains, and services provided by Web Register only.
  • Development or third-party script troubleshooting is not included unless under a managed plan.

9. Data Backup & Recovery

  • Daily or weekly backups are available for select hosting plans.
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies.
  • Web Register Solutions is not liable for any data loss or corruption.

10. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service if:

  • Payment is not received within the grace period.
  • The account violates our Terms of Service or AUP.
  • There is abuse of system resources or legal violations.

11. Refund Policy

  • Hosting services may be eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of activation.
  • Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and custom work are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are issued only via the original payment method.

12. Limitation of Liability

Web Register Solutions shall not be held liable for:

  • Downtime, data loss, or security breaches caused by client actions or third-party tools.
  • Loss of business, profits, or data from service unavailability.
  • External service disruptions beyond our control.

13. Modifications

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on our client portal and emailed when necessary. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed under the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be settled in the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
